Shaan was born on September 30, 1972 in Mumbai. His real name is Shantanu Mukherjee. He is a very accomplished playback singer and has sung in many Bollywood films and personal albums as well. Shaan has also hosted television shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and Star Voice Of India.
